RAI consultant responsibilities are to find the employee a suitable rental property and to provide resources that offer a foundation in daily living in their new community. RAI is looking for people who are interested in helping new employees and their families relocate to their community.

Employees receive either a half-day, one day, or two days of accompanied assistance from a local consultant. The assistance may include, but is not limited to, suggesting local communities, researching area rental properties, setting appointments, and accompanying the employee to view the selected properties. Additional assistance may include advising the employee on the local community, commutes, and local resources.

Good communication skills, research abilities, working computer knowledge, and customer service experience are all important. Top candidates are resourceful, knowledgeable about the area, and flexible in schedule. Consultants work from home and need cell phones, reliable automobiles, and access to the Internet and email.
