Neither owned by nor affiliated with a real estate company, RAI has always provided independent relocation services.  RAI is solution driven, not sales driven. RAI does not market client direct. The strategy is, and always has been, to maintain a specific focus on servicing global mobility, HRO, and relocation companies.

The RAI team sets industry standards of excellence and professionalism providing assistance that is site-specific, timely, accountable, and measurable. RAI has demonstrated “best in class” metrics over a wide range of performance and service criteria.

RAI has provided domestic and international destination assistance to recruits, transferees, and newly hired employees for hundreds of companies around the world. RAI conducts over 3000 new hire, recruit and transferee transactions annually. RAI has provided assistance to corporations with needs that have ranged from 1 to 2500 initiations per year and has assisted customers and clients/assignees from The Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia, Middle East and Africa. This assistance includes individualized, comprehensive, and confidential orientation and community integration along with logistical support for renters and buyers.
